Carolina Treet Cooking Barbecue Sauce, Original Flavor, 18 Ounce - 2 Pack

One heck of a sauce. I toss it on nearly everything and especially like it on baked chicken.

I was born and raised very close to where this sauce is made. I grew up with it and I'm 74 years old. It has some spice to it but not over overwhelmingly HOT. Where I live now the stores don't seem to carry it anymore. I decided to check Amazon and they had it for less money that what a food store sells it for. I make "HOT" wings and it is the best. Salt and pepper to taste and be generous with the sauce and in about 40 to 45 minutes at 400 you have fall off the bone "HOT" wings. Please remember all ovens vary. My friend tells me it only takes about 30 to 35 in her oven. I have a large toaster oven with convection and the time I listed is what it takes. Fine product!

Discovered this sauce in my teens, 50+ years ago. Immediately fell in love with it. Spicy, but not hot. Not your expected tomato based sauce, nor vinegar based. We've lived all over the country, and people always ask what it is and where can they get some.

I grew up eating this sauce from a little girl but we could only buy it in Virginia. I’m glad I can order now. Cook some kielbasa sausage with onions and make some fried potatoes than put the sauce on top!!!! Chefs kiss🤌

Good product but not quite the flavor I was looking for.

my favorite bbq sauce

I was introduced to this barbecue "cooking sauce" over twenty years ago when we lived in NC. It isn't a sweet, sticky sauce......it's a tangy taste unique to NC. My favorite thing to do with it is cook a turkey breast in a cast iron dutch oven but it works on chicken breasts in a crock pot as well. I'm sure it would be good on other meats, this is just my choice. It's not a sauce you add at the end, it's a sauce you use as you cook and it provides a rich, warm delicious product. I'm delighted to still be able to order it and this arrived quickly and at a good price. All around great experience!

Don’t think I’m crazy but pour a little bit of this on your scrambled eggs in the morning and thank me later. Love this stuff. I would buy a million of them if I could. Also this is a two pack and I accidentally bought two thinking I was only getting two.. lol so now I have four and I’m totally okay with that!
