Mil-Tec Us Medical Kit with Strap

This is a nice bag and definitely a great value for the money, but it is slightly smaller than the standard issue version meaning a HGU-56/P helicopter helmet won't fit in it although a HGU-55/P pilot one will. That said, its smaller size might actually be a benefit for other uses.Otherwise, it's well-built and looks like it would hold up well. Mil-Tec is honest in saying it's a copy so no losing a star because of that. In fact, unless it proves to be less sturdy than it first appears, I feel it deserves a five-star rating.I will update if that proves to be the case, but at this point I sincerely believe this bag will last a long time and is well worth the price!

In and of itself the product seems good quality and will serve it's purpose. However, it is a reproduction and not the same size as original. I thought it was a surplus, broken in piece. (my bad) I am a veteran and this item is to used in display about military medics.

This is a nice bag. We are using it as a college room first aid kit. It is roomy and we were able to put a lot of items in it. Great deal!

Holds what I need. I carry it in my back pack. I just remove the sling and put it aside as I keep the kit in my backpack. Used this many times as a military medic, it does what it's supposed to do. Just don't get over zealous and try to cram surgery tools into it. LOL

Material is very poor

Good quality, no doubt. But it could be a little larger. I have to compare it to my old one I received in 1996.

Ottima borsa ingegnata in maniera ottimale... voglio darvi un aiuto riguardo alla tendenza a imbarcarsi o sbilanciarsi in avanti della stessa... allora ciò avviene perché non è una borsa per grandi pesi e se specie nello scomparto superiore c'è del peso questa viene in avanti... quindi è meglio adoperare lo spazio aperto nel mezzo e mettere qualcosa di pesante questo a borsa chiusa la farà aderire al vostro fianco molto meglio... ricordate che essendo una borsa da medici contiene garze pastiglie e tubetti infatti i moschettoni non sono esagerati ... quindi tutto il peso deve rimanere più possibile nel basso....Se tutto ciò vi e stato utile segnalatelo...e godetevi questa bellissima borsetta davvero ok!
