You get what you pay for.
You get what you pay for. Easy to assemble although many pieces. Once assembled the bed is very sturdy and looks great. Check measurements this sits very low to the floor. The downside is the wood is quite cheap made of a particle board. Once unpackaged several corners were chipping and cracking away. I was able to assemble these imperfections on the inside and not visible.

Broke down after a year
It was easy to put together and looks good, but after a year of moving a couple times and deconstructing and reassembling a lot of the parts started to break. One of the drawers will no longer go together because the wood is cheap and the nails won't stay in their holes any longer. It also makes a lot of squeaking sounds any time you move around on the bed. Basically, lasted a year. Not good if you plan on moving around with it.

Avoid - easily damaged finish and poorly reinforced
First, note that the "finish" on this bed appear to be nothing more than a (vinyl?) film applied on top of the particle board (particle board makes up the entire structure). Bump the corners or overstuff the drawers and the rubbing will begin to peel off the film. Anything hard that bangs into the side is likely to damage the film.Second, because it's entirely particle board, it must sit evenly on the floor and every joint must be completely tight or else it's likely the joints will break irreversibly.Third, there is essentially no diagonal bracing, which means that if you try to move the bed it's likely to get distorted from a rectangle to a parallelogram and that will break the joints irreversibly. These types of beds (particle board connected by pin&cam) are only sturdy so long as *all* of the joints are 100% tight and the feet are level. Anything else will irreversibly damage the particle board where the pins screw in, and at that point the bed is broken irreversibly. This bed is a prime example of what to avoid.Fourth and finally, the lack of diagonal bracing is inexcusable to me - they could significantly strengthen the structure without changing the design one bit and without any meaningful increase in cost.In short, this bed is a house of cards.ps. bang the corner with your shin and you will bleed - it's a sharply square corner.

Bed needs reinforcements
About 10 months into owning this bed, we needed to reinforce the "railing" to hold the mattress as they just cracked and became unusable. We attached plywood on the 3 non-drawer sides (from floor to height of the railing), then placed 2 pieces of plywood (fitted to space) as the base for the mattress. Now it's SOLID. Heavy to move around (and need 2+ people to move to keep it level), but built to hold 2 people if needed. Since its "re-engineering", we've had the bed for 3 years without issue. Unfortunately, without the plywood, the bad would have fallen apart in less than a year. (Kid growing out of the style now, so we'll be getting rid of this one and on to a new bed frame...)

Worth the money and works well.
For the money, this is a good deal. Particle board is very heavy, always has been. And it can pull apart if you stress it with muscles or screwdrivers. But this thing went together pretty easily and looks good. I'd recommend a power screwdriver with adjustable strength so as to not wear yourself or the particle board out.The maple is not a veneer but a very heavy plastic covering. Nexara does a good job with the accuracy of the holes and hardware. Can't complain there at all. The bottle of French wine they send with the frame is very nice so you can have fun while putting it together. I had an extra surcharge for that tho.Bon jour.

Complete instructions and parts list...see below for assembly time. Good looking bed!
I ordered this bed after looking a long time. I noticed some of the other reviews talking about the number of parts, assembly time etc...Yes there are a few parts but I found the instructions fairly easy to read (with good pictures)...haha. Yes I have a little carpentry background working summer jobs back in high school, many years ago, but I believe most anyone could put this together. I used a regular phillips screwdriver and a power screwdriver when I could and the little allen tool provided and that was it. I took my time, put everything together snug and 1hour and 7minutes later I had a completed bed. My daughter loves it!

Great kids bed
This bed has been working great for my 9 yr old. We were able to assemble it in about 2 hours. It says you need two adults but we were able to do it without problems on our own. None of the pieces were chipped or broken. The rails for the drawers are labeled for "left" and "right" but the paint was on so thick the markings were almost impossible to see. That was the only challenge. For the price it's good and it is particle board so the rule is no jumping on the bed.

Served its purpose...
VERY heavy. A gazillion parts to put together - all particle board. but did serve its purpose. bought for my daughters apt. at college. will NOT even attempt to remove it from the bedroom when she leaves the apt.

Lit fragile
Montage difficile comparé à l’experience Ikea. Lit fragile, grince souvent, panneaux trop minces sous le matelas. Je vais devoir remplacer. Très déçu.
