Ivory, 1-9/16 x 4-1/4" E-100C Single Electric Switch

This is a typical mobile home light switch. Super pain getting the back off and maybe there is a special tool to push the wires, needle nose didn't work. Your better off buying a box that attaches to drywall and a conventional box switch. That's what I ended up doing. If you are good at installing a switch like this it's fine.

Complicated to figure out how to wire no instructions included

Not easy to install and lesser quality than switch being replaced.

Awkward to install if wires are in the wall are short

Bought this as a replacement switch for my home. Right out of the package, the switch is faulty. It will not remain in the on position and consistently turns off at random. This is a design defect that usually occurs after a switch of this type ages. That is why I was replacing other older switches in my home. Not worth the safety hazard of arcing or being left in the dark. Unreliable at best.

These are better quality than come in a home from the factory. Affordable. Hard to find these in the typical hardware store or big box home supply. Designed specifically for pre-fab home wall installation.

Switch doesn't stay on without holding it.
