Got the filter but it was a little taller then was printed
I was happy to get this filter all is good but it is a little tall. It is 3 inches tall and I need a 2.9 inch tall filter.I though that his filter was 2.9 inch but not so, the top of my Air Cleaner will not seal. I wanted it for the filter for my old 70s Oldsmobile engine.

Fits
Years ago I bought an air filter with chrome housing for an old truck and it worked great. Problem was that by the time I needed to replace the element I could not find it. Using the dimensions of this element I tried it and it fit really well. I now have two of them on two trucks and have hopes I can find these in a few years when replacement is again needed.
