The title says women's but the sizes say (M). Are they men's sizes?

They are women's sizes. I would guess that the M stands for Medium Width. But, I found the foot bed to be at an odd angle, which I cannot describe other than to say that I felt like my feet are being forced into an unnatural position when I wear them...unlike when I wear my other Crocs. So, I suspect that these are so inexpensive because the "last" that was used to make them wasn't quite right. It's probably not an issue for everyone, just those who have feet that don't quite conform to the norm. Of course, that's why I like Crocs, so these were a disappointment.

Are they original Crocs? I am afraid about costumer images!

I don't know what faux crocs feel like, but these are the best shoe for me right now. I wish they were prettier looking because I'd wear them all day to work and then out on the town at night! I'm a chef/manager with neuropathy (from chemo) and my feet and back are feeling so much better since I've purchased these crocs a month ago, I only wished that I bought them sooner! I did buy them a size larger since I do wear thick soxs, I had to exchange them for my true size 9. Money well spent, do yourself a favor and purchase them.... now!

Are these ok for restaurant work?

These are slip resistant. Work well. These are some what narrow
