Excellent stretches and additional ones that I did not know about. The back of the poster had a bonus poster of yoga positions which I thought was great, thank you very much!

Bought it for the office and the guys might make fun of it (we work in a construction office... I'm sure you can imagine the jokes)... but it was exactly what I ordered and the print is clear and easy to read. I was suprised that the lamination was very high quality for the price point! The only complaint that I have is that it arrived rolled up in a tube. It wasn't an issue at first but I've had this for a couple months now and its still curling on the ends. It makes it difficult to keep it hanging on the wall. Other than that, exactly what I expected!

Lots of new stretches and muscle info

Posters are everything they claim to be. No worries there. However I still can not get the curl out of them and they are difficult to hang. I placed them on a flat surface with heavy objects on top trying to get them to unroll and lay flat. After 2 months in this position, they still curl up as soon as the weight is lifted, making them difficult to hang.

C'est un tableau d'exercices de stretching. Il est bien fait, mais je ne peux pas dire que je m'en suis beaucoup servi, avec cette chaleur.. Petit bémol, il est très souple et il a fallu le mettre sur un carton pour pouvoir s'en servir.

Every time I enter the kitchen I do of these stretches. Over the last year my flexibility has increased dramatically. Well worth the money if you will actually do the work.
