Q: Is this a tapered or a straight fit?

It is slightly tapered but not tight or skinny fit. It says straight fit but I like the fact that it is not too closely fitted on the leg yet slightly narrower at the ankle so it's neat and not floppy at the bottom.

Q: These look a bit high waisted in the pictures - are they?

Hello, not in my opinion I think they are perfect medium or low waist. It is around 9.5" front and 12.8" back in the front if this can help but they are not true to size they are a little big inn the waist and around might be a good idea to size down if you like less relaxed outfit

Wow, if it says it's pack of 2 then I see no reason why it wouldn't be. I bought mine years ago and they are still good to wear. Unfortunately, when I bought mine, it was a single pack. Lucky you. Great jeans

I bought three pairs of G Star jeans from Amazon and the more I wash them it’s better they look thank you all at Amazon and I’ve two more pairs ordered thank you.
