I you are looking for best price with an unknown brand of tape, you may find that it's adherence ability is less than desired.I know, I have gone for price in the past and only bought disappointment.You won't go wrong with SCOTCH (and I have NO connection with the brand, lol).

Have tried to order more inexpensive masking tape from Amazon, but the ones that are cheaper are horrible. They tear easily, and often it's hard to get the whole width of the tape off of the roll. So, invested in these scotch brand, and they are definitely great quality tape.

This is masking tape. It works like masking tape should: it sticks to stuff on one side of it and does not on the other side of it. It is masking tape colored-manila. Even when you don't look at it-it is still acting like masking tape. Buy this if you want masking tape.

I do not like this tape. It is very sticky and not good for taking off surfaces but if you just need sticky tape this is good

The tape is good!

Really bad results because tape is a lot less sticky than it used to be. So paint gets in easily underneath. Huge waste of time to fix.

Could not find good old masking tape anywhere locally. Use this on boxes and packaging - and can be written on with Sharpie for easy labelling.

I have always used green or blue tape for painting. I thought I would try this for a change due to being much cheaper. I thought might be an issue and pull paint off walls but did not happen at all. Paint did not run through tape edges and like I said existing paint on walls did not come off. Great value and would recommend over paying more for colouring painting tapes.

I wasn't expecting Scotch to be producing such low quality and thin tape. It's difficult to peel and breaks easily. Better buy a non-branded one
