Since I've gotten older I've added a variety of different vitamin supplements to my daily routine. I've tried many varieties and brands,expensive and bargains. I never noticed much of difference with my physical health. I have now tried Meco-B12 (vitamin b12) tablets. I could not believe the effects i had! I've always had trouble with easily bruising due to low level of vit b12. When I bought these I had various bruises all over,which is not uncommon. When I started taking these tablets I immediately felt a difference. I not only feel more energetic, after taking them daily all of my bruises have not only disappeared I haven't had another bruise since! Bravo Carbamide Forte!! I'm pure vegetarian and have B12 deficiency. As per Doctor's advice I'm taking Methycobal tablets 1500 daily (500 mg x 3 tablets daily) for last 2 months. Since this is 1500 mg in single tablet, I thought I'll not need to take medicine thrice a day. So I purchased it, stopped my previous brand and used this -2 days after starting this I started getting de-energized, and within 5 days, it became an ordeal to get up in morning. I always am zero-energy, very lethargic and always weak. Typical symptoms of my B12 deficiency have returned with vengeance. Doctor did blood tests after 12 days of starting this tablet and confirmed serious B12 deficiency. This tablet is completely useless, and for 12 days I was without B12, which was essential for my health.I've switched to my high-priced normal brand. That's from a medical store, and 1500 mg costs Rs. 23 per day. But that's fine. I'll not ruin my health only because this is cheaper.A completely useless purchase. I regret buying it and spoiling my health, worsening my health condition. I only pray my regular tablet can restore my energy and health quickly.

I had low vitamin levels, and had chronic lower back pain and upper shoulder pain , was very weak and on the verge on breaking down . Since I’ve started this along with vitamin d3 (same brand ) and magnesium citrate . My body pain is gone nearly after having these just for a weak ! Its a good one

I love these, I work 2 jobs (about 60-70 hours a week) and used to feel extremely drained during my day job sitting at a desk in a cubicle. I take one pill in the morning when I get to work and one right after lunch, no more accidental dozing, and I have a lot more energy during my night job. I recommend these to literally everyone. I have been trying this product for the past 27 days only. I am taking 2 tabs per day. I have mixed feelings about the product. It seems it is having a fair effect on my problems of tingling sensation on my palms and feet during urination, which has subsided a little bit. Please advice the correct dose for the above ailments. I may continue this prduct for 4-6 months. Please advice. Thanks.
