Incorrect Description/Part Number
If you are needing the "water INLET filter" for your (or any) washing machine, this is not what you need. This part fits OUTSIDE of the outlet and/or inside of the supply hose. If you do place it OVER the outlet or put it inside of your hose then you will lose over half of the threads on the hose end needed to screw it back onto the outlet, leading to a phone call from your neighbor that water is pouring out of your house. Whirlpool should investigate this seller as to why they are putting my exact model part number in the description as a fit and it isn't even a part of the machine.
