I've become a fan of Gevalia's 2 step Cappuccino K-cups, primarily because of the froth packet. They do not sell it separately. I've been hunting for a substitute to use as a quick, tasty froth to other coffees. This 'topping mix' is...bleh. More like non-dairy creamer of decades past. You must stir it as the coffee pours into the cup. No froth and adds an almost chalky taste. Tossed the package and I'll keep hunting until Gevalia decides to sell just froth packets.
