This is very soothing. I have it in the morning to lower inflammation in my body and start my day in a healthy way. Tastes good. I heat up some water then stir it in and drink it before or with my breakfast. Then I take my vitamins, stretch and move into the day. I’m over 50 so I am doing morning routines to fortify my health. I wish it wasn’t as expensive though I do feel better taking it. I recommend it!

I have been drinking this every morning with a couple creamers and 2 Splendas and it taste great, I made a couple drinks for my coworkers, and they liked it as well. I had to go onto another website to see what the sugar and calorie content was since I did not see it listed on this Amazon site. It states no sugar and vegan and keto friendly so that was nice. I cannot tell you if it helps with any inflammation due to the fact I suffer from extremely tight muscles in my neck and shoulder area and do medical treatments for that. I am currently having a flare up and am trying this in between medical treatments to see if it helps with the inflammation. To soon to tell I suppose. I think the small container has a fair amount of product versus the price.

I immediately notice a chance once I started taking it. I was less tired during the day and felt better. It's messy in my coffee cup but I don't mind. I notice a slight taste difference with my morning coffee but it's not bad. I recommend it.

Good flavor when paired with milk and honey, but even in warm milk it is hard to get it to dissolve. I always end up with a bunch of powder settled on the bottom of the cup.

A friend recommended to me. For golden milk I drink twice a day. I also sprinkle a little on dogs food. I need to add hot chocolate mix or more cinnamon as it is a bit tart. Hoping to see results soon.

This is the 3rd time I'm purchasing this tumeric. I love the quality and the fact that cinnamon, clove and ginger is already in the mix. Very nice flavor for Golden Milk, mixes well in shakes or coffee. I will continue to favor this brand...quality product.
