Slippery Elm: 400 Mg, 100 Capsules GI Coat Rachel's Tea Brand

I have UC and I have heard wonderful things about Slippery Elm. My inflammation causes horrible constipation and that has been eased by this product almost immediately! I was also bleeding from my most recent flare and it cut the bleeding down to barely anything. This has made my condition so much more manageable just in a few days!

I take 3 capsules when I go out to eat & have a couple drinks with alcohol. Does a good job of coating the inside of my stomach

With diverticulosis and IBSC, this product continues to work for me. I take 3 a day 1 at each mealtime along with a small glass of prune juice and I have no issues. I may look for the same product only cheaper but I am concerned with the quality. Since this product seems to be of good quality and works, I may just keep paying for it.

I’ve used this product before & it works effectively.However, I ordered this on Jan 22nd in anticipation of a month long trip in Feb. & it’s still not here. Guess it will sit in a post office if it ever comes.
