Good product difficult manual
I got this for my father who is blind and specifically requested it. I believe the product will be great once he can get using it. He is finding the manual difficult to understand. Ex: press the confirm button. But no description of where the confirm button is so he is having to go back up to button descriptions to understand where the confirm button is located.

Extremely difficult to use, even for a sighted, tech-friendly person
I bought this to give to a friend who had suffered a stroke that impaired his vision. It arrived with inadequate instructions, and after spending a week with it, I realize that it can provide many services, but not one of them simply, or intuitively. I must constantly refer to youtube videos to perform the simplest tasks. It cannot function without the support of a PC to download apps and features. Much better to ask Siri to open Kindle or Spotify or podcasts on your iPhone. This device is too complicated.
