Q: Hi, i need this ramp for a small interior step. the step is 74 cm wide and 7 cm high. would your ramp fit this? thanks

It should do - I have a short one for the inside step up to the front door and then a longer one from the doorstep to path outside. The best way to judge the right ramp length is to get a metal tape measure and lay it from the step to the flat surface ie floor or path and then see how steep and long the various lengths are -you want a gentle gradient rather than a steep slope and you need enough length to get your wheelchair onto the ramp smoothly, You will soon see which length looks the bette fit.. I find these ramps easy to put in place and store. And the width is more than adequate for my wheelchair without me feeling like I would catch the door frame.

All the ramps are the same width. I think you would need the longest ramp (5ft). With anything shorter the angle would be very steep (the shorter the ramp, the steeper the angle).

Q: Does the ramp just rest on the top step or attach?

We just rest it on the top step it has a 60 mm ish lip. It can also be screwed down and is pre drilled should you wish to do this. The ramp is also chamfered at the bottom so it almost sits flat. We have the 5 ft and 2 ft ramps

Brilliant

Good ramps simple to use. Having the three enabled me to get my farther outside on his electric indoor scooter. Only thing to be careful of is the wheels will go over the side deflectors if going to quick.

A very good product and apparently amongst the lightest currently available.

The ramp was delivered extremely promptly by standard delivery and arrived well packaged within its own suitably sized protecting box. Bought to use for my powered wheelchair and works very well. Just one frustration in overall experience was the total absence of product weight information in the Web advert, apart from as applied just to the smallest ramp option - although SDE Online (Sellers) were helpful and prompt when I sought those details direct.
