Weber 60540 Charcoal, Spirit, Q Grill Replacement Thermometer, 1-13/16" Diameter

It was a webber thermometer. It was the exact one I switched it out with. It took a total of 4 min.

Ordered the manufacturer’s recommended part after looking at the cheaper knock-offs for the obvious reason. It meets the manufacturer's requirements, fits perfectly, and was reasonably priced. Arrived on time and as advertised.

Easy to install. Exact same as the manufactures.

This was a perfect replacement for the grill.

Old gauge gave out after about 3 years where it would start at 250 and go beyond 600. Hopefully this replacement last about the same if not more. The thermometer felt like it was made of good quality and it was nice that it came with a wing nut included.

I had started my grill but was delayed by a vendor selling me something and I sent my son out to find the grill on fire. The gauge stopped working so I searched out a replacement. This one was almost half the price of the one that was meant for my model grill. Descriptions are confusing and I wasn't sure it would work. My grill is a few years old and this gauge fit perfectly. It comes with the with the wing nut to install it but not the bezel so be sure and keep your bezel that the gauge fits into for installation. I'm happy my grill is back to normal.

The Q1000 is Weber's most basic grill in the Q lineup and when I bought mine some years ago, I didn't realize how much I counted on a thermometer to give me an idea when the grill was ready. This thermometer and about 10 minutes solved that issue. I don't use it for anything other than checking whether the grill is about ready. I temp my meats with a meat thermometer.
