OtterBox Commuter Series Case for Galaxy S10 - Retail Packaging - Bespoke Way (Blazer Blue/Stormy SEAS Blue)

I really like the case. My previous one started falling apart after 5 years. Seems like a decent lifespan. I have not had any phone damage following many drops since I've been using the case.

I first got this case with my S-10 when I got it a few years back and was impressed by its quality. A great feature is the covers for the charging port and headphone jack to keep them clean when not in use. After much hard use the cover for the charging port finally broke off but I was pleased enough to order another one, that feature is so good. Will buy it again if need be.

Everything about this product is exactly like it's promised. It fits snuggly on my phone. The protection it gives my Android is solid. My hands can grip it comfortably. The cost is very affordable. I can take it on and off (if I wanted to) without any trouble. There are no moving parts! (LOL) This is the second time I've purchased this product and I'll buy it again in a few years, it's very durable. Five star recommendation.

this is my first Otter case. I have received it today and I love it! It is sturdy, yet relatively sleek, and the design is well thought through. The back is protected extremely well. The front has good ridges on the short sides (top and bottom); perhaps not so good on the long sides, but I thing it's not the Otter's issue, but the Samsung's design with curved side edges. I personally don't care for the curved edges. The case will still provide an adequate protection, unless you drop it from a significant height full front down--then the glass may break, so you still have to be relatively careful, but if you do drop it like that, don't blame Otter, blame the Samsung design, or, otherwise, be careful with your phone. The buttons are well thought of, and the openings for headphones and charger are covered, but can be opened, if need to be used. If you want a holster clip, perhaps you need to spend a bit more and get an Otter Defender, but otherwise, I think this one provides as good a protection as possible for the phone.

This is a good phone. I don't see the point in spending thousands dollars for. phone and hate contracts. So I took a chance and purchased a S10 refurbished phone. The phone came in excellent condition It was easy to install my SIM card and transfer data. The battery life is much better than my old phone. The one problem is getting a repeat reminder that a Verizon SIM card isn't installed. I have Mint mobile so thr phone is correct but I am never going back to Verizon ever due to their prices. This is an inconvenience but minor to me. Others may want to consider that prior ro purchasing.

UPDATE:It has been over a year with at the very least 50 drops from all different heights and i still love the case. My phone is spotless. No scratches or dents or cracks. I've even dropped it face first on rocks & the lip still protected my screen.I'm seeing a lot of 1 star reviews because the case breaks. If the case breaks that means IT'S DOING ITS JOB. I'd rather my case brake and just buy another one than my phone break or shatter the camera or screen.I'm about to purchase another one, but I dont have to. It's holding up just fine even with the cracks.Old review:I have dropped my phone several times and this case absolutely protects my phone. The raised edges and the raised camera hole on the back do wonders protecting my screen and my camera from cracks. It also protects from scratches because my phone screen is never touching any surface due to the raised edges. I've been an otterbox customer for over 3 years now and I will never go back to any other phone case. This case is worth the price and does its job perfectly.

Moved to this after having a Defender series case for years. It's a much slimmer profile, seems to be doing a good job (already endured a few drops), and all is a good quality case.

I reviewed my case for my new s21 as well. this thing is a tank. I have had many cell phones over the years and every one of them has had an otterbox protecting it. I do miss the fully enclosed versions though I had one for an older phone that came with a glass top as well. it made my phone look like a brick but it was well l protected and never had a single issue with damage to my phone. even when I had to replace the case I followed the warranty guidelines and Otterbox sent me a new one at no cost to me. Otterbozes can be pricey but replacing or repairing a phone costs even more. worth every penny I spend on them and will continue to spend when I get new phones.
