I really love the book but wish it hadn’t come damaged.

A beautiful book that gives insight to his creativity as a chef and photos of his creations. Every photo of his dish is accompanied by the recipe too.

The recipes are very inspiring, requires dedication and great focus . Alberta Adria is quite the king in this fight to exploration

Literally one of the best cookbooks you can buy. This isn't for a home cook. This is for a professional cook looking to expand their knowledge.

Great book with amazing photos and philosophy behind them!

As others have pointed out, the print in this book is microscopic. Even when using the largest font setting and stretching the book to its widest setting, you need a magnifying glass to read this book. Hope Amazon kindle or the publisher can correct this issue.

book is great, the problem is the kindle edition. you can't zoom in and most of the book is written in a tiny font, pretty much unusable.... I'm so bummed about it

Pessimo imballaggio. Due libri senza alcuna protezione in una scatola ben più grande degli articoli...ovviamente sono arrivati con gli angoli rotti e sfilacciati.Del prodotto in se (fosse integro), non si discute....Spedizioni sempre più frettolose e articoli sempre più danneggiati
