Love the color...don't love the bag. Arrived in a plastic bag, packaged up so small, I thought they sent the wrong purse. It was folded in half and really squashed up, like it was vacuum packed. The shoulder strap was folded up really small inside the purse. When I pulled it out, it was crinkled up so badly it looked like a cheap pos or a dollar store bag. The sides of the bag were also folded in sharply and the whole bag just looks scrunched up. The whole thing was in a package about half the size of the picture and about an inch thick. I will have to steam iron the strap and hope that time and maybe some steam will loosen the other wrinkles, as the material is stiff and really holding a crease. I hate dealing with returns, so for the price, I will just make the best of this. I totally do NOT recommend this to anyone. Very poor packaging!!! Looks cheap without some really major effort on my part...not worth it in my opinion! I will update if I can't get this to look doable.

I have a very specific criteria for purses: it must have an adjustable shoulder strap, one large pocket inside (not divided by a middle pouch (NO lining), a safe place for my phone, lots of room inside, preferably small pockets on the outside, hopefully room for a water bottle on the end, and will endure the torture of being flung, thrown, drug, and banged around. I got all that and more! The front pocket velcro pocket is big enough for a small note pad and pens...which I always carry. The main pocket has two zippers that meet in the middle rather than one that goes all the way across, I have an outside pocket for my phone and another for my mints/cough drops, and one left over! The material is thick and durable and will hold up well and is water proof. The pocket for the water bottle is a bit tight. Over all, I find this purse absolutely awesome!

I love the color of this bag. It is sturdy and easy to clean. There's lots of room and plenty of pockets. It is exactly as described, but I do have a couple of issues. The bag measures extly as described, but because of the way it is made, it flattens out and makes it linger, which makes it too long for my preference. The purse strap is very wide, which should make it comfortable, but all it does is rub on my skin. The strap is fine with a coat, but with a tank top, it is irritating.

I love how many pockets there are and I can place a lot of items in it. The bag was a bit bigger than I expected and the material isn't stiff. The thing I don't like is how scratchy the strap is. It's uncomfortable on my neck and shoulder. Because I haven't used it for more than a few months, I'm not sure how well it'll hold up after long term use. Dirt and other things doesn't stick to it and can be easily brushed off.

I used this purse once, and the strap completely became unstitched and broke. I have tried to pin it back together but the sprap just frayed. I am so mad about this purse being made so badly. Then the packaging looked big enough to hold the purse, but when i opened the box, the purse was folded in half causing permanent creases i could not get to go away. And i didnt even have much in the purse for it to break. Plus the way you adjust the strap length does not stay where you put it causing you to constantly adjust the strap. This is just an aweful product in the way of quality. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I have usually purchased Baggilini bags but though I would try this brand because I liked that my iPhone with an Otterbox would fit and there would be room to cart a book or tw. The first issue arose when the zippers kept sticking. WD-40 helped but now by bag reeks of it. The biggest problem is that the Velcro fastener for the phone pocket refuses to stay closed as one side of the Velcro is a fuzzy mess. I foolishly ordered 2 more of these sub-par bags to give as gifts. I’ve since had to replace them with quality Baggalini purses. I can’t recommend these things to anyone...ever.

I've been using this purse more than 1 month as my "work" back. Everything I want with me fits inside - huge cell phone (w/case), keys,makeup bag, hygiene bag, wallet, Thermos, a snack, glasses, a book, a small notepad, and even an umbrella sometimes. So far I've had no issues with fraying or generally poor construction. The adjustable strap does slip very easily but I simply adjusted the strap to the length I wanted and put a large safety pin through the strap just below the hardware that allows you to adjust the strap. Problem solved, no more slipping.

This is a great bag. I'm usually not a big purse person but this one is great for traveling. I can even fit my work laptop in it and not have to carry another padded laptop bag. The side pockets hold water bottles nicely and the front pockets are roomy and fit everything I wanted just fine. The only complaint I can find is that the shoulder strap doesn't stay adjusted to where I want it and keeps lengthening. It's not major though.
