I loved this printer for 1.5 years and then out of nowhere the app has stopped working. When I select an image, it only shows a blank screen. I have tried multiple image types, even images that I printed successfully in the past with no problem. There is virtually no online support from the company and the best troubleshooting advice I have found is “restart your device” and “uninstall the app and reinstall it.” I have done both multiple times. When I bought it, there weren’t many other options. Compared to options available today though its extremely overpriced and with no virtual support when customers run into app issue it’s a waste of money

I bought this to make my tattooing process with friends & clients a bit faster, saving me time by printing out designs, as opposed to drawing them by hand. For things like lettering and common shapes & generic designs, this should do the trick!I tested the printer by grabbing some Google images. First I saved an image of the Hellraiser Puzzlebox and the printed image produced was awful! Due to the shading and various coloring of the image, the transfer came through with all that shade and blur included as one big square. Detail was visible but it wasn’t even close to being usable for tattooing.Then I saved a few Google images of various letter fonts and other printing and they printed out beautifully!!! 👍🏽 Very crisp and clear, easy to transfer onto the skin and tattoo with ease. Very satisfied!PROS:This printer is great for simple line designs. As long as the image you’re printing doesn’t have heavy shading or depth, basic images should do well 👌🏽 It’s also pretty easy to setup and it’s compact for storing and traveling, including a nice velvet-like pouch. The printer feels nice and seems to be good quality. The free printer App is simple and pretty foolproof to get your print job done ✔️CONS:The WiFi setup wasn’t as straightforward and it took me a minute or ten to figure out how to connect my iPhone to the hotspot with the instructions provided and I needed the hubby’s help eventually. May require someone with a little technical knowledge to help if you run into any problems or confusion. Overall, it’s doable and once setup, it’s great but it’s not as easy as other things I’ve used.🏆 I would recommend this printer to anyone looking for a nice quality device for their tattooing needs. If you need to print very detailed, intricate designs I’d probably suggest shopping around first to see what might work better 👍🏽

Don’t buy this way better versions out there for way cheaper I used this for my tattoo stencils and it worked okay the app sucks and connecting the printer to your phone is a a big pain

This was awful. The installation files were all in Chinese. Even when you do step by step it does not work. And now my computer is so slow!

Do not buy! difficult to use, takes a long time and mine only lasted 3 months before I had to buy a new one for literally half the price!

Top quality, works very well. Pacaged nicelly with a quality fabric cover and a quality box.Id say this thing is perfect onlly its a bit tricky to pair with my ipad. it has to be very close to my ipad for pairing. And sometimes pairing takes a few atempts but once paired ot dose its job flawlessly. If this thing was battery powered it would be much better as The cord is a bit bulky and not as east to store as the machine its self. But even with bulky cord and minor pairing challenge. This thing is really nice and totally worth what i spent on it. I would definatlly recomend this product to my friends. I hope this was helpfull.

Used on my iPad Mini 6. App worked okay, but be aware that's the _only_ way to print--no AirPrint or anything. Found the printer eventually and printed.Quality is really bad for detailed linework. Could maybe be okay for bold tribal work, but close lines bleed together and crossings blow out. I don't know if the hardware or software is to blame, but it only works with the TOEC software, so it doesn't matter. Not good enough for the kind of work I do.I'm returning it.

App is terrible and keeps glitching and won't connect to iPad. Happened one day after return window closed. Now I have a $280 paper weight.
