Lampshade Comes Off
I like the sleek/modern design of this lamp a lot but have never been able to get the lampshade to fully connect to the plastic piece on the bottom (this is the way the lampshade connects to the base). Pretty frustrating because it was not cheap.

good old fashioned quality and product
Very good looks and quality. We get so used to cheap junk -- but these lamps are not that. Far from it. Solid build, good materials, and best work construction. Price is a bit high but I think worth it. I will definitely order this brand again!

I have hated this lamp until yesterday when I received an adapter ...
See this sentence in tiny print? "The off-White linen hardback shade measures 6-1/2-Inch by 12-Inch by 7-Inch shade and attaches with an acrylic diffuser." I didn't see it, but if I had I wouldn't have known what it meant. I had no experience with a diffuser and would have not believed anyone would put it on the bottom of a shade for a lamp meant to shed light for reading or sewing. I have hated this lamp until yesterday when I received an adapter I ordered from Amazon. It's the Slip Uno Adapter Harp Converter Lamp Shade Uno Euro Fitter 1 7/16 I.D. It works perfectly, the 1 7/16 is the right size and a lamp harp fits well, making the lamp take a normal shade.

Not great quality
The 3-way feature stopped working after a couple of days. The arm is not totally straight and the shade looks cheap. It is hard to find replacement shades with a diffuser.

Came on time and especially like the fact that when you look up you do not see the naked light bulb!

Perfect wall lamp
I needed a wall lamp to use over my sewing machine. This lamp is perfect, easy to install and the price was excellent.

Great Lamp. I purchased two...
This lamp hangs nicely over the end tables next to my sofa leaving the tabletops free for books, reading glasses,beverages, etc. The swing arm allows me to bring the light closer or place farther away as needed. The satin nickel finish is the perfect complement to the ransitional style leather sofa and patterned chairs in my den. I think these lamps would look good in a bedroom, too.
