Excellent value
Great little piece of kit to aid your workout. Light and easy to carry around and there’s a choice of resistance strengths. I chose a light one as I’m a beginner and want to build up my strength, eventually moving on to the more challenging ones. Excellent price and good quality.

Practical aid to retaining mobility when unable to walk
Having just started chairobics classes and feeling benefit, felt wanted to do exercises more frequently and these bands great for providing that bit extra resistance to make the workouts more effective. Great value for money and definitely going to help me. As a sufferer with progressive MS this is a massive help.

Roll up too easily
The purpose of getting wider resistance bands is to that they do not roll up and intensify pressure on a smaller area. These wide bands, though, are made of a very slippery material so they roll up more quickly and to a much smaller width than 'regular' size bands. I would not buy again, and in fact am ordering an earlier brand of regular width bands that perform very well.
