Beautiful product, arrived well and securely packed. For cleaning make sure to get the metal beads to swirl around in them, and the drying stand.

I accidentally broke this decanter, my husband's favorite one. I replaced it with a cheaper version from Bed Bath and Beyond (I am not a wine aficionado and I assumed they were all the same). The first time my husband use the cheaper version, he just looked over at me and raised his eyebrows. So I ordered the Riedel, and compared the two before I returned the cheaper one to BB&B. Let's just say… big difference. The Riedel is totally worth its price.

Beautiful hand blown decanter. Classic shape. Exactly what we wanted, can't go wrong with this decanter.

Good product. Looks nice on the table. Only drawback is that it is difficult to clean and dry.

This decanter is very nice just like all their glasses.

We have another, lesser decanter. After we got this one, we immediately could see the difference (in the quality of the glass) and taste the difference in the wine. We have started purchasing this decanter as gifts for our friends and family members that love wine. My husband now brings this decanter to non-Michelin starred restaurants when we bring our own wine. It’s getting a bit absurd but it’s worth it.

The media could not be loaded. I used this product twice and it cracked while cleaning with the Riedel bottle cleaning beads. At $200 it was an expensive purchase but I spent more for quality. It now leaks and I have to throw it out. I'm devastated and disappointed in the lack of communication from the company. I was told it doesn't qualify under their limited warranty. At $200, I expected much more.
