Well for 1 thing the cd it came with to down load the usb drives was broken in half and there was no other instructions where to go down the usb drives so that cord has been absolutely no use for me until I could get the sight to down the drives that's the reason why I don't like order things on line u can't go to no where for help and chances of anyone getting back to me on this is slim to none

This product works really well and works qith both MS and HS as describe.

I bought this scan tool after a YouTube video showed this being used with ForScan software to to various things on Ford Vehicles. Programming keys, clearing TPMS codes, airbag codes, alarm functions and of course ODB2 regular functions. This tool has been a awesome help for me. I didn't use the software it came with. On Windows 10 it's drivers were found and installed in less that a minute after plugging in. The software I used to control device was ForScan. Used the link in YouTube video to go to ForScan site and then I did a free (no credit card required) 30 day trial. I used the software to program transponder chips in two keys I bought off eBay. Everything is working fine!

Easy to use and setup. Best to use Forscan instead of the software that comes with it. Allowed me to activate the electronic brake controller that I added to my ford f150.

I'm not a techy so took a few buttons to get the right drivers n stuff i finally just loaded all drives not seeing run like allot of disc

I purchased this to get rid of the TPMS light on my 09 Ford Escape. Worked perfect plus let me know I had a couple of issues that a standard OBDII scanner missed. Hoping I can use it with my other vehicles as well.

Had the device for a few months now and works great. Was able to reprogram features on my F150 not enabled by the dealer with ease. Device was plug and play with my laptop computer but the software on hand was nice to have.
