I can tell a difference in my nails. Feel stronger and less breakage. Can’t see any difference in my skin yet. Time will tell. Easy to take, quality of pills looks consistent so far. All seem to be equally filled with collagen. I’ve had other brands where amount of product varied. Hopeful these will continue to improve my skin and nails because I like the fact that they’re inexpensive to buy.

This is the second time I've ordered this product. It helps with swelling, bloating and I've lost several inches in numerous places especially my tummy and buttocks. Definitely recommend.

I tried this product because I was looking for something to aid in a few issues stemming from my gut. I didn’t notice any differences. I chose pills because the last thing I needed was another drink. I’ll say that it was easy to take. Not weird smells or taste, but just wasn’t for me.
