Bitty Baby at the Ballet

Cute book. I guess I missed that it was a used book until I saw the sticker on the book. I would have never known if not for that sticker. This is for my niece and she is going to love it because I am wrapping it up with a ballerina outfit for her Bitty Baby.

My 7 year old loves her Bitty Baby, and when we recently visited the American Girl store, she saw these books and was very excited by them. The books are beautifully illustrated, and the hard cover print copies would make a lovely gift for any little girl. This book is about Bitty Baby and her girl in a ballet recital, and overcoming stage fright, which is a relevant topic. When I saw this on sale on Kindle, I couldn't pass it up and my daughter was thrilled. I love children's books, but as far as stories go, this was just okay. I would recommend this for kids under 6, with a target age of maybe 4-5 year old girls. I love the other American Girl historical books and non-fiction books for older girls.

A wonderful book for young girls. Great way to keep the book, imagination and play time with their own Bitty Baby, which bring the doll to life for a child.

My daughter was nervous about her dance recital. This book really helped ease her nerves.

My 4 year old ballerina really enjoys this book. She likes how the little girl uses her imagination and makes up a story to feel better.
