A Quality Box and Very Nice Seller.
I had to return this box for one reason and one reason only, it is Android 9.0 Pie and I have some applications that would not work with the 9.0 operating system. Short of those few apps I use all the time the box worked great. WiFi worked well on both 2.4 and 5.0 and had a strong signal. The speed of the unit was great, expanding the storage/memory is very easy with the micro sd card slot, the desktop is very user friendly, the processor runs cool, and it could not be any easier to set up, also note it has over the air updating (OTA). The seller is very friendly and easy to work with. This is a great box for the money, just know it is Android 9.0 Pie OS, so if that works for you this is a Great TV Streaming Box.

Remote will not scroll screen
Allowing the user to customize the home screen is about the only good thing I can say about this box compared to others in this price range I've tried. In my opinion, if you manufacture and produce a video product - include programming the remote in your code so it will allow the user to navigate all screens. Too many times in these low cost android boxes, I see where people are purchasing another remote to make it usable - Bull Pucky. Add to the fact that this box has weak WiFi reception, and lackluster video processing, I had to return it.

Very new - you need advanced Android knowledge to use it.
You can't just go to Google Play store and get what you need. Most streaming apps are on Aptoide, a competitor to the play store, comes installed on the unit but nothing tells you to run it. To install HBO Now, or update Chrome, you must either hand over a credit card number to Google (NO WAY) or download the APK to a flash drive and use the app installer to install it.

Terrible framerate, not good for streaming
I wanted to use this to watch movies from an external hard drive but it couldn't even play 720p at 60 fps. I have another Android box with lower ram and running Android 7 that performed better than this, and for 18 dollars less.If you're looking for an Android box to watch movies from an ext hard drive, look elsewhere.

Overall a good product
Overall works great. The remote is crappy. Buttons don't work properly. Better off ordering anotjer Bluetooth remote or use a mouse/keyboard.
