Lowering cholesterol
I have bought supplements from life extension. Like the lecithin for cholesterol it helps to lower my ldl. It’s easy to dissolve in my coffee it’s odorless . The granules are small sometimes I’ll just take a spoonful without putting it in anything.

Excellent supplement with great taste!
I've tried several different lecithins and enjoy this one THE most. Nice flavor easy to eat off the spoon to get my daily supply. Helps keep my hair thick! Could be added to smoothies, I also use to emulsify my homemade lotions. I use this to make my lyposomal vitamin C. This gives the most palatable flavor possible. I have tried just about every brand on Amazon- this is by far THE best! Update: I have ordered this numerous times and Do Not understand the off reviews- I've never received a 'gray' product, refer to my pic. The label didn't state it was a powder, certainly not the size of rice, closer to quinoa perhaps a little smaller. People have mentioned flavor, this is largely due to internal issues in each individual body- the chemicals currently affecting your taste buds! (There can be a dozen people in a room all tasting an identical item, yet they each express a separate 'taste experience) Again, I have purchased 12+ tubs of this lecithin, they have all been identical in quality, flavor, size, color, etc. I cannot emphasize enough that if you are creating lyposomes for vitamin C, this version of lecithin has 97% Phosphatides and has the best flavor as well as lyposome outcome. Excellent product if you would like to experience results.

Old? What gives? Color change
Second jar looks old compared to the first order. Think the taste is off. Maybe it still has the nutrient in there fully. Maybe it won't hurt me to take it. Yeah I poured what was left of the first jar on top of this one so you can see the color difference in the same picture.

Great effect, but there is an issue...
I'm crediting two recently-added supplements for my improved mood and energy. On a recent trip I got hardly any lecithin for a few days, and then started it again. Wow! Definite positive effect. It now gets even more credit than the other supp (liposomal glutathione). There's just one problem. As far as I can tell, all soybean oil has to be extracted with solvents, the beans can't be cold-pressed to get oil. I wrote to the company and they were quite frank that this lecithin was made with solvent-extracted oil. The solvents evaporate, but are quite toxic, and there are often residues. I haven't found the email again yet, but I don't remember them claiming to have no hexane residues, just "within allowable limits." I have two brands of sunflower lecithin, which doesn't have this problem. (Sunflower seeds can be cold-pressed for oil.) They're powders rather than granules, and I don't like them as much. I've been mixing the worse-tasting brand with my soy lecithin granules, but my impression is that the Life Extension soy lecithin is the main source of my improvement. I'm not sure what I'll do in the future, but I bought another jar. Hard to know the best path here. P.S. This has not helped my memory lapses, which are still getting worse. However, it's probably one of the things helping my fatty liver.

Granules are easy to take with yogurt
I'm taking this to help lower my cholesterol. I don't know yet if it's working, but it's very easy to take. It's tasteless and odorless. I mix a tablespoon of the granules with a few tablespoons of yogurt, and eat it. Tastes just like yogurt!
