i do a fair amount of wood working and making final adjustments on cabinets and other items the 1/32 and 1/16 are game changers. totally worth the money

i received the"hard" plastic shims again which I do not like, they are not as good as the"soft" plastic shims(which I received on my previous order) which are a lot easier to cut as well as having 3 holes instead of one in the center to put screws through,also the square hole is not as big in those which makes the edges a little wider wich is helpful especially if you cut/break them in 3 pieces,definitely superior quality.The "hard" plastic ones that I received are brittle and do not work well if you need to break them apart especilly the 1/4 inch.They do still work the same if you do not care about breaking them into smaller pieces.I dont know if I will continue getting them if they will not change back to the "soft" plastic shims...thats why I rate them only 3 stars ,the " soft" plastic shims I would rate 5 stars

I had a drawer slide installation that required precision. This made it easy. My only complaint: they are too expensive. They are only pieces of plastic.

Worked perfectly for high precision marble installation. Invaluable. The ability to use them whole or split them into pieces was great. The feather edges allowed me to slide them in and out of spots where a full 1/32 would not have fit. Great product!

Great little shims.

These shims have a face hole molded in for a nail or screw as well as "window" openings so you can fasten boards together through the shims. This makes them a permanent part of your project. I am using them this way as well as for temporary alingment of drawer fronts during assembly.
