Reliability
My company is using this battery in one of our products and it works great. Would Talent Cell be able to provide a Safety Data Sheet on this item? We are trying to ship our product internationally and customs requires this info.

Best product and best seller
I can't say enough about Talentcell the company; and their products. The company is always there for your questions or concerns. Fast, courteous, and helpful. Their products are excellent quality. I bought this power pack as an upgrade for the 3000mah battery pack/UPS I bought that came with a 500ma charger wall wart. That's fine for charging the batteries, but when using the battery pack also as an UPS for my Wyze camera, the red charging light stayed red and never went green because of the additional current draw of the camera. With this 2amp power pack and 2 each cameras connected, there's plenty of power to charge the batteries AND run both cameras. The light turn green; meaning it's plenty powerful enough for all my needs. Excellent product and excellent company.

Did the job - but very slowly charges a 12 volt battery - very slowly.

The larger Talent Cell bricks should come with this.
My Talentcell 6000 mAH 12V Li-ion power brick came with a smaller charger, but recommended this one. The larger bricks take forever to charge on the smaller chargers. I've developed a real fondness for these bricks, but the value would be better if they came with the better charger.

not the best charger
Got this to charge up a 3s3p 18650 battery pack. but it will not charge my pack above 11.45v. Don't know why but that's all it will charge up to.
