We use this for tacos and enchiladas. Buying online since grocery stores are so expensive where we live. Good value for the money - great quality and just as fresh as store bought. Perfect size in the smaller cans.

Good quality enchilada sauce
This is our favorite canned enchilada sauce. It's a quality sauce that is spicy but not too spicy. It's convenient to buy by the case so we don't run out so often.

but it IS a really good hot sauce
As we live in a tiny town in the mountains, I can't get this here. Had to buy a whole case, but that was okay, as it was cheap. It's not my idea of Enchilada Sauce (coming from Az and Co), but it IS a really good hot sauce...very much like El Pato, my favorite, so it will all be used. I do recommend it.

Try it in your soup!
I don't use this for enchiladas, but I put it on my chicken tortilla soup, and sometimes my pintos or black beans. I also throw this in my black beans with onions and jalapenos, simmer it down and make black bean patties.
