Super Awesome Nokia 6.1!!!
I bought this phone for my mother for Christmas. Her Moto E4 has been acting up and the keyboard was acting up and kept showing a notification that says “G board”. This Nokia 6.1 its great. It’s like butter no lag, 32GB of space is more than necessary for her use and it has 3GB of RAM which it’s good enough since Android Apps seem to demand more memory each year. It has a 16 Mpx camera in the back and a 8 Mpx on the front. This phone works like a charm. It is build of Precision Machined Aluminium, the screen it’s 5.5 “ but the bezels are small so there’s more screen to body ratio than some of the other Nokia Android phones. It even has Dual Sight Mode for picture taking and video and it comes with Android One which means more Security Updates than Motorola and other Phone brands. It is covered for 3 years as updates go. The body it’s black but it has really cool bronze color corners that go along every corner, camera, etc. which makes it look premium. My mother is very pleased with her new phone. I introduced her to Nokia a few years back and she’s happy to have a Nokia in her hands once again. Perhaps I’m more happy than her being a Nokia fanatic for years.PS. In case you look for a screen protector make sure to buy it for the Nokia 6.1. I bought the phone, case and screen protector but realised that I made a mistake on the model not knowing there was a 6.2 Plus.

Great for the price!
I like that it's a usable phone for under $300. It could have better call quality, though, and the Pixel 3a is routinely on sale for about the same price, so... if you can get that phone for $200, definitely don't even consider this one!

Do not buy
The phone feels rigid and can handle almost everything (as one could expect from a Nokia phone). However, it's overall performance is really bad - the battery dies within 10 hours and I don't really use the phone that much, it freezes constantly, if it is on battery saver mode it is absolutely impossible to use it (the phone gets incredibly slow, and freezes). The camera is really bad compared to my previous Motorola Moto Z2 Play - I have given up taking pictures. While charging the phone heats up a lot, which is scary. It's a cheap phone but I regret every day that I bough it. Using it is frustrating and it brings out the worst in me. Do not buy!

Nice phone!
Really, really nice phone. I wanted to buy a budget phone for my aunt who needs to replace her old phone. I have an iPhone 7+, but that's too expensive. I wanted to go for a large screen, and budget.Enter Nokia 6.1! It's really large, good battery life, and overall good quality! The interface is a bit confusing to set up, but it isn't impossible to work with. My aunt just plays her casino slot games casually and brings it out whenever she goes grocery shopping. She says, "Whole day, 84%!"It's really good value for mid-tier phones now. You don't need to go for more expensive phones when these are really great to use. Welcome back Nokia!

Low-Mid tier cellphone. Mostly functions, but frustrating
PROS:-Upgraded to Android 10, which is way better than Pie-Has a surprisingly good front and rear camera, though not the best in low-light conditions-The Zeiss lens on the rear camera is very scratch resistant. It's surprisingly high quality.-Has basic modern features, like USB-C, fingerprint scanner, etc.-Very cool design, and pretty durable phone. With a case and screen protector it will stay in mostly perfect condition even after a few falls and mishaps.-Maintains cellular/WiFi/Bluetooth signals well. Some phones are bad about this and have the antenna in poor placement or just a poor quality antenna.CONS:-Fingerprint scanner is extremely finnicky. Most of the time it won't scan your finger at all and you end up entering your PIN/pattern/password. Kinda defeats the whole purpose.-Dust and debris get inside the earpiece very easily. Now I can't hardly hear anything because of all the debris that is stuck in there. Calls have to be done on a headset or on speaker now.-Unstable. Don't even think about running two things at once. This phone struggles to run Facebook or Reddit at times and will freeze up and require a restart.-Battery life is not the absolute worst, but it definitely isn't good. Lasts about a single day. Sometimes less.-Internal memory is too low. I hate it when manufacturers of any computer do this. The internal memory is only slightly larger than the size the OS takes up, so really you have like 5-8 Gigs of internal storage, not 32. Get a microSD. Or better yet......don't get this phone. It looks nice and has pretty decent cameras, but it has been a very frustrating experience and still is. Pass this one up and look for a better budget smartphone, unless this is on sale. Not worth it.

No worries, sweet value
This is a GSM version of the phone and as such it works fine with any of the listed GSM based carriers like T-Mobile. A few of the other reviews had me wondering if this "international" phone would give me problems, but no, I popped in my old T-Mobile SIM card and off we went.Anyway, the phone itself is great. Feels pretty snappy on Android 10 and the build quality is very sharp. There are some annoying baked-in widgets on the home screen but I've more or less got around them, and so far they make up my only complaints.

Short battery life but fast charging compensates.
Use will suck the battery until the battery saver kicks in. The fast charging is considerably better than the 5.1+ that owned before.

A great phone IMO
I've had the Nokia 6.1 for about a month now and so far it's been a fantastic phone. It's already received a number of updates due to it's inclusion in the Android One program, and the two biggest complaints I've read about, the camera and the battery life, have been non issues for me so far. My previous phone was the Moto G4 Play which had fantastic battery life, and I was not expecting the Nokia to to compare in this department since it's a more powerful phone with a better screen, but was surprised to find it on mostly on par. The phone looks attractive and minimalist although it is very slippery, so make sure you get a case. It has a headphone jack and expandable SD card storage which is something that can't be found on some of the similar era Pixel devices which for me was what sealed the deal. For around $200 it really does seem like a steal.
