I've been able to use this in tons of marinades for tofu and seitan, as well as when sauteing veggies to add that extra flavor that can be harder to get when you're not working with animal proteins. Great smell and taste.

I’ve been using Colgin Liquid Smoke for years. It’s in most of my marinades and burgers, but hard to find since Walmart replaced with a knockoff. This is best liquid smoke flavor on the market and I was glad I was able to buy for a good price on Amazon.

Good, very strong. Add much less than you think you need.

I use this to Season tofu with sesame oil, braggs amino, maple syrup, ginger, and everything but the bagel seasoning. I bake it and it tastes amazing. This was a great deal for two.

Great for flavoring meats while cooking. Convenient size, easy pouring adaption to control flow. Nice plastic containers won't break if dropped.

Difficult to find mesquite flavoring in our area. Flavor is very good. Only need a 1/2 to 1 teaspoon to achieve a rich flavor in your marinade.

Love it, use it in pulled pork, pulled chicken, baked beans...

I was disappointed that I needed to use 2 - 3 times as much as I would've, had I used liquid smoke. It was pleasant, but weak. It reminded me of vanilla flavoring. Some need much more product to get the flavor.
