Professional matting costs $20 for single mat. This is a perfect double mat for and 8x10 frame. I had an antiqe portrait image that had some borders I want wanted to hide. This was the perfect choice.

Personally I love this color scheme (blue-red). It can make a cheap frame look like a high quality frame. For me it works best with a red frame but black looks good too. I have these in several sizes and use for both pictures and (small) diplomas.
