Acetaia Leonardi Saba, 8.45 oz

This Saba is like balsamic on steroids. It is super yummy and I use it on everything! I got these size because they are easy to store and I can't fit the larger bottles in my cabinets.

Had Saba and EVOO on a restaurant salad and loved it Had to get some Saba. This has been yummy!

Never heard of this until I needed it for a recipe for lamb shanks. It’s awesome, great taste and flavor.

Arrived in a timely fashion

While not cheap, this product is great. My wife fell in love with it and I have purchased a second bottle. She uses just a dribble on fresh fruit and enjoys the combination of flavors. Of note, I also found this same product at a local specialty store though in a new, somewhat squat bottle. Same amount of Saba, though price $10 more than with this Amazon vendor.

Just fabulous! It goes w everything from strawberries, figs, Brussel sprouts to ice cream/gelato. Believe it or not!I first tried this in Italy and was sold.LOVE LOVE.

This is a wonderful addition to your flavor pantry; I love to use it in a pork marinade ~ really many different marinades ~ it adds such a rich, complex flavor to the meat. You don't need much to really add a boost to your meal. This is very high quality Saba and well worth the cost.

Delicious - I had this in a restaurant in PA and bought it immediately. But I could buy a moderately good balsamic vinegar and just reduce myself for similar effect. Great for stocking stuffers / baskets; but a bit overpriced for this home cook.
