Ok I've been over the other reviews. It does not fit my littmann perfectly but I don't need it to. Sliding around it looks amazing. I'm a girly girl and this is the right amount of sparkle for me. The foam piece to put on the inside is a piece of garbage, came right off. I won't be needing it anyway. Let's be real it's not gonna stay in place when your whipping around your scope all day to use. All the nurses love it and keep asking me where to get one. It doesn't strike up a convo and that's a plus. But be warned Peds nurses the babies love to grab because it's shiny. Get one if you don't have one its so worth it. Can't wait to add to my collection!

I've gotten so many compliments on my stethoscope charm at work! As a Cardiac ICU nurse, my stethoscope is my baby. Does not move around, does not affect auscultation quality. Absolutely recommend it for anyone looking to stand out!

Loved my charms! They're really cute and shiny, however there is a downfall to the products; They're EXTREMELY hard to come off the stethoscope, so if you want to adjust it or move it to another area it will be a hassle! I wasn't able to move themy myself, so I had to ask my husband to do it and he still struggled a bit. I also think they're a bit overpriced for the material, I'm not sure if it is aluminum or silver but it has already began to tarnish and turn into a gold color. It's not super noticeable. Overall I was happy with my product, I might buy more in the future if the price of them goes down a bit! Shipping was also really good, I ordered them on a Friday I believe, and I had them by Monday afternoon!

This is a cheaply made piece of garbage that does not resemble the picture in the product description. It really does not look like a paw print and the paint is smeared on one of the "toes". I have not even taken it out of the package yet, but the crystals appear to be falling off and are not evenly spaced. I will not be using this and apparently it cannot be returned. Disappointed. I would give it 0 stars if possible.

Looks just like the picture but has a larger diameter than my Littman stern and does not bend to make more snug. However this product does come with a tiny double sided piece of thick tape that can make it fit better so it will not slide down to the bell. This did not hold up for 1 minute so I ended up using superglue to attach the tape to the charm.. still not snug

Just got this in today and I’m pretty upset with it. Looks like the black part was printed wrong or something. Can barely even make out the paw print on the charm. Tomorrow is my first day at a new vet office and I bought this as a “congratulations” to myself. Disappointing this isn’t eligible for return or exchange. Sturdy quality otherwise.

This was a gift for my daughters graduation from nursing school. Her grandmother passed away from breast cancer. She really liked it and it looks great one her stethoscope.

I received my charms today... I already had a few different colors however I was not very happy with the "Fuchsia" one I received. The color was really off in my opinion, so much so that I think it may have been the wrong item. I sent a request to return it. I attached photos of the ones I have ordered. The white stones were absolutely GORGEOUS!!! The aqua and multi colored ones were beautiful as well. I will follow up with how my return/exchange/refund experience goes. This is a good seller and awesome item just a small hiccup. I included a comparison photo... and a picture of the other beautiful stones.
