Q: Can these be cut (along the squares obviously) to fit a different brand?

I wouldn’t recommend that. You can try but I would suggest you buy the one for yours. It’s very hard plastic

Q: what are the dimensions of the individual filters?

Correction: For one entire piece of filter, dimensions: Height 5.51in, Top Width 3.35in, Bottom Width 3.11in, Depth 0.24in.

Q: I ordered the wrong filters. May I send back the wrong ones and get the correct ones?

I am sure you can return them. I had to type in pet well filters to find them, they have a lot to search through. Contact Amazon for a return on your order tab they should have a return button on that.
