Directions to make coffee: 1.For each cup desired, measure one demi-tasse cup of cold water into a briki or narrow-necked coffee pot. 2.Add one teaspoon of coffee and sugar to taste. Stir well. 3.Bring to a boil over medium heat. 4.Remove from heat as coffee begins to rise and pour into demi-tasse cups, dividing the foam equally between each cup. NOTE: Coffee should not be stirred once it has been poured.

Great Turkish coffee from Bosnia
This is a great Turkish coffee. Quality of this Bosnian coffee is as high as the more expensive brands coming from Turkey. It is medium roast, not as dark and not as strong as the Turkish coffee coming from Lebanon. This is how I like it.

It's the real thing
Just the same as I had in Croatia; smells very fresh when you open it. Finely ground, just right for making Turkish coffee.
