Love! this cord
I love these charging cords. I am really hard on my charging cords. But these cords last me much longer than the ones I can buy at my local store. The cord length allows me some movability with my device while charging it.

WILL NOT WORK WITH FIRE TABLETS
I have always thought most charging cables to be interchangable. That their differences were few, and advertisements of little validity. I usually use ANKER cables and chargers but thought that I would take a flyer on this ICSEIO USB-A to USB-C cable as it was a little less money than the ANKER and it came in ten foot lengths. These cables worked fine for my phone, but it was an entirely different matter when i tried to use them with a FIRE tablet. I plugged my fire tablet into the cable and soon thereafter got a "you've got water in your charging port" warning from the FIRE tablet. Odd, I thought. Did not think that my Fire had been anywhere near water. I shook the FIRE and followed all of the directions to dry it. Still no luck. I moved to a different room and tried a different ICSEIO cable. Same result, with my FIRE proclaiming that it had water in the port. I contacted Amazon and they replaced my FIRE HD10 tablet. I then took my brand new out of the box FIRE and plugged it in to an old Amazon cable and charged it. I moved to another room and plugged the FIRE into a ICSEIO cable and immediately again got the "there's water in your port" warning. There was no possible way that there could have been any water in my FIRE port since it was fresh out of the box. The problem is with the ICSEIO cables. THEY ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH A FIRE HD 10 TABLET. In the end, this cable cost me a lot of wasted time and effort and Amazon had the expense of replacing my fire. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT WITH THE INTENT OF USING IT WITH AM AMAZON FIRE TABLET.
