The bag received is NOT as pictured. The handles are not pink or flat. They are thick braided rope. This was a birthday gift and my daughter is disappointed. Will most likely return.

I get a lot of compliments on this bag! I love llamas and I got this as a birthday gift from my husband. It was inexpensive, so overall the value for the price is on point. It is a tote bag that I use as a purse, so I wish it had little pockets on the inside, but it is consistent with the product description. I do love the little pouch that came attached to it, so that is a plus. Overall, I recommend this product to anyone that loves llamas and tote bags!

I love this tote. It's not too big or too small. I use it everyday to take lunch to work and a book. I could also slip my lap top in there if I wanted. I little attached bag I removed and keep in my everyday pocketbook with a few items that I don't want to get lost in there. ( lip gloss, eye drops, etc) It's well made and lined with a silky material. It zips at the top which is really nice for a tote. I love llama things and this gives me great joy to use.

the zipper has held up ok so far, but it does not seem like a terribly strong zipper. if it ever fails i will most likely replace it, as well as the lining fabric because the lining fabric is cheap plastic garbage that crinkles like a candy wrapper. honestly, it was a fairly inexpensive bag, so it's still better than i expected. i bought two and used one to "wrap" a gift in, which turned out pretty cute and more useful for the recipient than paper which gets thrown away.

I got this for my coworker for her birthday, she’s obsessed with llamas. She went to a llama farm for her birthday and got to pet them. I got this bag for her as she’s always going on little trips here and there. She loved it. It’s the perfect size travel/carry on bag.

I got this for my 8 year old daughter for Easter. Handles are not pink as shown in picture. They need to update their product picture to the accurately so people know what they are recieving. Zipper was a little wonky at first ( i hope it doesnt break! ) its a cute bag and a little bigger than I thought which is great, i hope it holds up well!

I got this for my neice who is obsessed with Pandas she loves it. It's a good size so can fit all her books in and various bits and bobs in and seems to be quite sturdy. The colours are great and makes a nice gift

I LOVE this bag! Great value for money, and the size is perfect! I needed a new bag for work, and this is fun and a great size. It comes with a little attached wallet size bag as well, I use to hold an extra pair of socks and some tampons. The image on amazom made this appear a cream colour, but it's actually white.
