Butter Knife Silver Cheese Knife Spreaders 18/10 Stainless Steel 7” for Butter Cheese and Dessert Set of 6

I wasn't sure about the butter knives being hollow. I think we associate quality with buzz words such as "solid" and "heavy." But these have NOT disappointed. I have been pleasantly satisfied. They are quality, durable, and solid in their craftsmanship. In fact, I enjoy their lighter weight as they don't slip off your plate as do my quality, solid, and heavy silverware. Learned an important lesson, don't judge a book by (a lack of) buzzwords. It is important to know that the knives are sharp. Personally, I appreciate that as it makes cutting cold butter easier to navigate. However, I acknowledge, others may want to be more cautious. Least I forget, they also spread very well...as intended.

I love the weight of these knives. They are significant, well-crafted, and expensive looking. I can use them with my good silver because they are so classy. I bought 2 sets.

I've avoided butter for many years for health reasons, but still need a knife to spread Dijon mustard, pesto and hummus.These knifes are small and elegant, with a decoration on the handles, and they're made of 18/10 stainless steel. I've put them in the dishwasher with other utensils made of 18/10 stainless and they emerge clean and spotless.

Butter knives are kinda hard to find these days. I was trying to match Juliska set of stainless in which a butter knife is not available. These are sort of close but they are light and plain. Still, a good value for the low price.

Wanted spreaders and didn't want to pay this much, but no intermediate price points. SO happy with these. They're sharp, which was a surprise, and they easily cut g spread hard butter, stiff cream cheese, smoked salmon, bread. They've replaced my regular knives. Would buy again happily.

I highly recommend this spreader. It is a multi purpose knife. Everything spreads easily with these. I use it to cut an avocado, scoop out the inside, cut up the inside, and spread it on a toasted bagel. This is my wonder knife! The round edge spreads everything perfectly. I ordered this by chance hoping to replace our favorite wooden handle spreader that has seen better days. I couldn't find anything like it, other than being included in a set of something else with other things I didn't need, so I took a chance on this set of butter knives only. I will buy these again if I need to and as a gift if I think someone could use them. Thanks!
