When I mounted my TV I found that the TV was pushing against the power cord plugged into the outlet. I used this adapter to get the cord more flush with the wall and it fixed the issue. Seems to be a good quality item and I have had no issues so far.

My phone charger is huge and stuck out of the wall really far. Got this as a 90 degree adapter. Works fine. Not the highest quality bit of equipment, bit it works well enough.

We needed to connect few devices to an outlet behind a chest in the nursery for our baby and we didn't want any cable accessible to the baby. This was a great way to connect everything and keep the connections behind the chest because it is very flat when folded and allows for furniture to stay close to the wall.

Good product only problem is if you want it to be plus to the wall sometimes it's not exactly always flush

If you plan to never unplug any of the plugs in it. Then it is OK. Otherwise, with 3 plugs in it, it is very unstable and unsafe if it is moved at all.

I use this adapter for a electric blanket plug into a socket behind the bed. The plug was starting to bend 90 degrees with dangerous implications. I put this adapter into the receptacle, folding it up toward the ceiling, and plugged the electric blanket perpendicular to the adapter. Voila! The plug and adapter are flush to the wall, and the bed is not pressing on the plug. I also own a different style that converts an annoying lateral plug into a linear plug offset from the outlet strip. Instead of taking up two or even three sockets, the plug and adapter just occupy one.

This little adapter is perfect way to expand a single outlet to three without protruding a couple of inches from the wall. Folds up nice and flat and is polarized so those plump prongs have a slot to fit properly.
