It's actually $6.25/pack NOT oz. They're great btw!And if you only receive one pack, just let Amazon know. Even better, there's an easy option in your order to get a replacement or refund.

Soft and flavorful
Nice big bag of soft fruits. A little pricy but isn’t just about everything these days?

become prolific
A large bag of very sweet, pitted prunes. Prunes (aka "dried plums") have a well-deserved reputation for, err, helping one go. That makes the branding "prulific" cleverly descriptive. Bravo.Prunes have a lot of insoluble fiber, but they "work" better than other sources of fiber, thanks to a few other ingredients that contribute to intestinal stimulation. There's sorbitol (which draws water into the intestine) as well as compounds similar to what stimulates coffee's, err, prolific effects.Effects aside, I find prunes too sweet-- but I'm not generally a fan of snacking on dried fruit. Fresh plums, when available, have far more nuanced flavor and texture, with the peel and varying ripeness offering contrast to the sweetness. But if you need a little natural help going, it doesn't hurt to keep prunes on hand.

Great Value
Bought to use in a recipe that uses prunes

they are soft, but that is not the way I want the hydrated prunes
these are huge because they are not fully dehydrated in my opinion, they also had an additive. I prefer my prunes to be less wet feeling

The prunes are a delicious, natural snack.. from U.S.A.
I, like everyone else, only received 1, 48 oz bag of these pitted prunes. I just thought I only received one because sometimes the reviewers only gets one of a multi pack. But I guess not. I would not purchase these until they fix the quantity problem. That being said, I will do the review on the prunes.I like prunes soft on the inside with a bit of chewiness on the outside. Some prunes are soft all around and kind of mushy. These are just the way I like them. They are tender yet have that slight chewy outside and the flavor is delicious. For me, the only downside to these prunes is that if I eat too many, the next day I will be in the bathroom a lot, so I have to restrain myself not to just pop one or 2 more than my quota for the day.It is stated in the description that the prunes are machine pitted so take care when eating them that a pit or partial pit is not still inside. I have not found any but just as a precaution, take care. These are fat free, cholesterol free, sodium free. Naturally sweet so no added sugar with an added bonus of 1g of protein. These are grown and packed in California.
