Really fun and easy to use!

Works great almost all of the time. I think the difference may be the milk - I switch types from time to time. Warming the milk in microwave is the key to good foam - and a wee bit of patience.

I expected a tool that was more professional. I will learn.

Nice little metal stick for artfully spreading the chocolate on top of your Cappuccino foam.
