I bought this product on Jan 17th, got it Jan 21st. What blew me away was the quality I got at the price I got it for. It's heavy duty.As far as size I wear a large bought a medium and I have to have my husband help me get in it but the feel of it is amazing. My posture is straight. I LOVE IT!!! It is DEFINITELY worth every penny spent!!! I will come back wit my result!

I used the seller's suggestion and instead of ordering based on clothing sizes, I measured myself with a tailor's measuring tape then ordered according to the chart provided by the seller. The waist cincher fit on the largest row of hooks and was comfortable to wear. It is well made and I have no complaints about the quality of the product. It does work as I am now wearing it on the smallest setting and since I've begun wearing it, my posture is improved & I have no back pain. However, the issue I've run into is the waist trainers are not long enough for my torso! This is not the fault of the seller - it's just my body. The cincher is approximately 12" long... and only covers half of my body from underbust to hips. I've tried everything possible and even ordered from another seller what they called a long line cincher for longer torsos. It is the same size and same brand! For anyone else out there experiencing this problem: let me tell you what I've done and save you time, tears and money! I have 2 waist cinchers now that are both the same size and same brand. I wear BOTH of them... tthe bottom of the top cincher overlapping the top of the cincher that covers the bottom of my belly to hips. the overlap is undetectable and they wear as one cincher. My entire torso is covered and my back feels great! I will continue to wear 2 of them from now on. I hope this helps someone :) If you are looking for a waist trainer / cincher then I would advise ordering this one. Other companies are selling the same brand product for exorbitant amounts of money - way overpriced! Buy from this seller!! They have a good product and it ships weeks faster! I got mine in 2 or 3 days :D I will buy more from this seller in the future when I need smaller cinchers. I'm ecstatic with the quality of these trainers and will continue purchasing the Dilanni waist trainers as I size down :D They alleviate back pain, retrain my posture and are helping me slim down & flatten my belly. I will always require two to cover my entire torso but as long as this company maintains the quality and durability of their product at these affordable prices, I will remain a loyal customer! I absolutely love this waist trainer. I own about 5 different kinds of waist trainers, and this one has to be my favorite. I received it yesterday 4/2/18 and the quality felt great, today 4/3/18 i used it at the gym to work on legs and it was great i got my sweat on! IMPORTANT NOTES FOR ANYONE WHO IS A BEGINNER at using waist trainers:- Yes you can wear the waist trainer to the gym but DO NOT do high volume cardio in the waist trainer, when your heart rate speeds up you start to breathe harder and your organs need to expand, wearing the waist trainer at this point is very dangerous and you can pass out.- You shouldn't do core/ab workouts while wearing the waist trainer and laying on the floor, as you can ruin the shape of the metal in the waist trainer and it would defeat the purpose of wearing a waist trainer to get into shape with no shape in the trainer.- Make sure you wear a t-shirt under the waist trainer as you sweat a lot when you work out and with no air flow through the waist trainer you can develop back-acne or even a rash.

So when I first received this I thought it was way too small! I wrapped it around me and was short about 4-5 inches. But I had a friend who told me it's okay if it looks too small just give it a try, so I laid on my bed and fought like crazy to get this thing on! Once I finally got it on it suprisingly wasn't really uncomfortable like I thought it would be! Despite the fact that it took 15 mins to get a on, it fit nice and relatively comfy. Today is only day 1. I will update again in about 2 weeksUPDATE: Iv been wearing it for one week now, I can already see results, it is easier to put on now, by next week I can see needing to move to the second row of hooks. It is holding up fine as well, no rips or broken hooks

As the owner of many pairs of spanx thanks to having a post partum belly that never went away after 3 kids and 2 csections, I am absolutely in love with this thing. I have never been able to get that flat stomach look with any of my spanx, but this does the job great.I usually wear a size 14-16 so I bought an XXL. I'm able to wear it on the 3rd hooks. So comfortable, even when sitting, which surprised me because the corsets I own aren't like that at all. Makes all my fitted dresses look SO much better now because I don't look 9 months pregnant anymore!My only complaint is that the hooks do show if you're wearing a thin shirt/dress over it, so you have to layer a bit. But other then that I didn't have any other issues with it. Best purchase I ever made!

I like these waist trainers, for me they are good quality. I started with the small size, my waist was 27 inches, and for reference now using the x-small one i'm 25 inches. I recommend, had for more than 1 month and is still good.

Iwant to start this by saying that i was completely skeptical when i ordered this, but my best friend talked me into it...I loved it, started at the largest eyelet and worked my way down. Have ordered another and I cannot wait to see the results. Lost 2 inches off my waist so far! my friends have seen similar results as well!!Another great thing was that it helped my back, i didn't realize that it was aching so much until i starred having better posture because of this product... highly recommend for both inch loss and posture help!!!!
