Zwilling J.A. Henckels Twin Four Star 10-Inch High-Carbon Stainless-Steel Granton Roast Beef Slicer

I have several Henckels knives and this one is another fantastic knife that I have added to my collection. I have reviewed other Henckels products here on Amazon and I always say that if you are going to purchase any of Henckels knives, make sure that they are manufactured in Germany. This one is made in Germany. This knife came out of the box razor sharp and has held its' edge very well. Recently, I used it to slice through a huge brisket I made for my family and it performed flawlessly. I can slice paper thin slices or as thick as I want them, no problem with this knife. This knife is long enough to slice through just about any food that you are going to eat. My wife makes homemade bread and this knife slices through the loaves with no problem. These knives aren't cheap but as the old adage says, you get what you pay for.

It is a wonder to work with, nearly razor sharp, makes perfect meat slices without effort or tearing. Little pricey, but in this case you get what you pay for.

Haven't used this yet but I have many of their knives. They really set a precedent because the quality is there.

Great knife at a great price! There are better slicers out there, but this thing does the job for sure. Carves through BBQ brisket like butter, without tearing the meat, and the thinness of the knife allows for super-thin slices. The handle feels a bit plastic-y, but it's still comfortable (for my hand, at least), and that is what's important. Definitely recommend!

Great knife. I got it because I smoke a lot of meats and needed something longer to slice brisket. Works like a charm. Very sharp and makes clean cuts.

Broke cutting a 4lbs roast, seems like I can’t return. DONT BUY!

Love Zwilling knives. Thought this would be a nice treat after carving for 30 years with a pair of Victorinox carving knives. Found it to be to short - only 10” where my others are 12”. I knew before purchasing of course but didn’t think it would make that big of a difference. The biggest problem I have though is that the grip is very undersized and is not comfortable for extended use. I’m going to keep it, great for slicing tomatoes and other things but I’m staying with my Victorinox’s for carving the hundreds of ribeye’s, hams and turkeys I carve every year.
