Better than no gloves, not as good as other gloves
To preface, (1) I bought these elsewhere, and (2) I changed to these from a pair of cheap Fox cycling gloves for sim racing.Compared to the Fox gloves, they're much thinner and far more breathable, which is great. They don't make my hands sweat at all. Unfortunately, that's about it on positives. The removable fingertips - no point in these at all because if you're trying to use a touch screen, the way the fingertips lift backwards mean you can't actually see the screen when you're using it. You can use it with the fingertips on but it's imprecise and my thumbs are too short to make it workable (a defect of my construction rather than the gloves) so the inputs on a touch screen are clumsy. The fingertips are made of silky material and, whenever I put the gloves on, get caught on the velcro and fray, so after 2 days of use they're quite messy. The seam joint on the thumb (where the seam for the removable bit and the non removable bit meet) is right on the inside of my knuckle, which I get really bad rubbing on at the best of times, so after a couple of hours of use that bit of thumb is pretty raw. The Fox gloves I used to use have padding there and it's far more comfortable. Conclusion - better than no gloves, worse than other gloves.

Excellent sim racing gloves from Sparco!
First these are the gloves I now wear whenever I sim race. Prior to these I was wearing my actual track gloves which are Sabella nomex gloves. I find the Sparco gloves to be more comfortable for home use. The mesh fabric on the back of the hand allows yours hands to breath and reduces sweating. The touch pad compatible finger and thumb tips work great with my touch pad blue tooth keyboard. I don’t pull the finger tips back ever and don’t find it’s necessary. But if you needed to you could. The grip and comfort is excellent in my opinion. Very happy with this purchase. The gloves did need to be used a few times to break in and have been fantastic since.

Comodissimi e belli.
