Wish I had read this book before I launched my small business. I've underlined and cross referenced so much information from this book and recommend it to everyone who is thinking about launching their own business. I've had my own business for over thirteen years and I still picked up valuable information that will help me to plan and profit more intelligently. GREAT BOOK!

I loved this book. It gave me a lot of information, it answered all my questions. Step by step in depth about small businesses ,marketing, managing ,staff and a lot of information on social media. It is informative and fun. Author also suggestede-Myth revisited book for a small business owner.I read it and loved it as well.Marijana Dinic

This book has become the thread that holds together the contents of all the other material I have obtained in my endeavor to start my own business. It is not burdened with trade jargon, but rather it explains it. I also like the fact that the author is readily accessible and has not gone into obscurity--instead, he keeps abreast of the latest trends. Although the book doesn't offer advice that is outdated, this accesibility gives me great comfort.

So many great points about this book, very informative with great references. Hard to put down. Definitely worth the purchase.

Solid book. I wouldn't take it as word of god, but as a reference tool. You know those days where you are tring to figure out things such as "should I saturate a certain market with advertising or should I try to go broad and appeal a little to everyone " well it doesn't give you the exact answer but it will give you more information so you can feel more confident in your choice. I will be keeping this on my "frequently used" shelf.

It's a good read and has lots of useful informtion.

Don't think I purchased this.

I have read s few chapters and so far I am enjoying the book. Practical advice on what to know before you start a business. I recommend the book.
