I usually train bag work without leg protection however I currently find myself in a location where the only bags in the gym have the texture of sand paper and are slack above should height. My shins can take the abuse, the tops of my feet, not so much.These are a good solution but I will echo some others' observations that they seem to be tailored to kids foot sizes. At a UK 11, I'm hardly sasquatch but I ordered the largest size possible and they just about fit. This excessive stretching, especially around each toe; has taken its toll and they're starting to lose their integrity. This is fine for my needs as the main crux, the ankle strap, shows no signs of failing. Fortunately for a size 11, I have quite thin ankles but I would suggest if you're quite thick set then these may well start popping loose mid-session which will make them unworkable.

they are comfortable but frustrating to get over your toes the only downside these have is the Velcro that holds these together becomes very tatty and wears away fast probably used these 7-8 times and the it doesn't stick properly around the top of the ankle :(

Very good for the money. The pads were not as padded as I thought they would be. Make sure you order the right size as I bough xxx for 9-10 and they just about for. They are comfortable and have helped protect my feet

Good quality but quite tight fitting especially around the toes. Have had to order the next size up and I have size 7 feet.

Bought one size up and still too small, otherwise it looks like a good pair.
